Ascension Festival Vendor Sign Up:

$55 CAD one time payment - to be a vendor at The Winter Ascension Festival

Saturday Feb 10th 11am - 3pm at Renewal Retreat Belgrave ON

Vibes- raising the collective vibration one festival at a time!

We want you to expand your business, share your gifts/services/products with the world!

The theme is all about high vibes, spirituality and wellness so ensure your products and services are aligned!

Important Details:

-you choose your pricing / offers / services / products etc. for guests

-you are in charge of payment integration / taking payment from guests for your services/products etc. 

*Cash / etransfer / CC etc. That is all up to you - NOTE: there is NO wifi - this is an off-grid, immersed in nature outdoor winter festival...Ensure you can hotspot your payment integration device / be sure to have change for cash sales & be prepared for the good old days of money / energy exchange before wifi!

*you can do free services and utilize the day as marketing, you can do paid services / products to utilize the day as sales focussed - or a bit of both!

The point is YOU sharing your gifts, services, products and incredible energy with the world!

-your vendor fee ($55) covers You (one person) and your space (outdoor space for your booth / table / set up) (any additional staff members / employees / staff etc. will have to buy a ticket ($22) into the event 

-you are in charge of your own set up (table, chairs, display etc.) bring your own stuff + set up is on you

*we recommend something that is eye catching, vibey and inviting for guests to want to come up to!

-you will be set up OUTSIDE - this is a WINTER festival in February - you will want to dress appropriately and - You can hop in the house / cabins / Metta yoga studio to warm up when needed - but dress WARM!

*ensure your products / services are set up appropriately for the winter / wet / cold conditions

Vendor load in happens between 9:30-10:30am - the festival starts at 11am (meaning thats when everyone will start coming in!) * so give yourself enough time to be set up!

*you can drive right up into the drive way to unload all your stuff - then move your car to a parking spot along the road)

There will be lots of food & drink vendors as well as many other incredible vendors, services, practitioners etc. So feel free to shop around and enjoy!

*if you feel you want to shop around and enjoy the festival as well as work your booth - make sure you have an employee / staff or volunteer to run your booth with you and take turns going out and enjoying the day!

*if you are bringing a staff / volunteer - they will need to purchase a ticket for $22 

*your festival access is included in your vendor registration of $55 however 

Food & Drink vendors:

-it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate certificates, procedures, food handlers license, liquor license, food vendors permits etc. etc. (we will not require this / ask to see this - but it is important to note that you have this covered / taken care of) - if you have any questions about this - please direct your questions / concerns to Therese Bowler - the owner of the land and building(s) at Renewal Retreat 519-525-5568

Once you are registered as an OFFICIAL vendor of the Winter Ascension Festival - we ask that you share promotions on your instagram, facebook, in your emails, at your brick and mortar store and to those in your community to get their ticket and come see you at the event!

Please ensure you are set up and prepared for this day! Let's bring the love and light! & have a high vibing time together!!
